1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any KaribPay sandbox experience made available for testing. KaribPay is a trading name of Karib Group of Companies Ltd., Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

2. Development and sandbox status

KaribPay is in development. The sandbox is a test environment that uses dummy values only. It does not process, hold, settle or transfer real money, and participation does not create a bank, deposit, payment-service or investment relationship.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or sandbox, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, copy protected materials, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Feedback

If you provide feedback, you allow KaribPay to use it to evaluate and improve the product without an obligation to compensate you. We will handle personal information according to our Privacy Notice.

5. Intellectual property

KaribPay names, logos, website content, product concepts and other materials are owned by Karib Group of Companies Ltd. or used with permission. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to access the site and invited sandbox for their intended purpose.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The website and sandbox may change, pause or end without notice. They are provided for information and testing only, on an “as available” basis. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or investment advice, or an offer of currently available financial services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Karib Group of Companies Ltd. is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or sandbox.

These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
