OUR APPROACH

Connect the systems. Extend the opportunity.

The Caribbean needs better connections between existing payment systems. KaribPay aims to help established institutions reach more businesses through merchant distribution and payment gateway technology.

TWO COMPLEMENTARY MODELS

Distribution and technology, working together.

Merchant distribution introduces eligible businesses to approved provider processes. Gateway/SaaS technology supports the merchant-facing payment experience under agreed integrations.

A merchant network

Marketing, relationships, preliminary interest and referrals into approved partner processes.

A gateway platform

Hosted checkout, payment links, QR entry points, APIs and reporting under approved arrangements.

Established financial infrastructure

The relevant providers handle approval, acquiring, processing and settlement under their arrangements.

EXPANSION

Market by market. Relationship by relationship.

Begin in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, establish ECCU-capable relationships in 2026–2027, and pursue wider Caribbean distribution over time. Coverage will depend on provider arrangements and applicable requirements.

Building responsibly.

KaribPay is developing its merchant network and payment gateway platform. Commercial payment services are subject to applicable approvals, partner arrangements and commercial availability. The relevant regulated provider makes merchant acquiring decisions. KaribPay does not currently offer independent acquiring or settlement services. Geographic availability depends on approved partner coverage. Sandbox transactions use test values only and do not involve real money.
